The Art Studio stores your name and email address on our servers. Your email address will be used to contact you about account status and other actions initiated on www.theartstudioauburn.com. We will never sell your email address or use it for any purposes other than contacting you about The Art Studio  concerns.
 
Credit Card Info
Credit Card info is not stored on www.theartstudioauburn.com servers. All credit card orders are processed via our transaction gateway, Stripe, Square and www.authorize.net. All recurring billing is handled via their gateway services.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY
This website and the service it provides contain intellectual property owned by Michelle Giddens/The Art Studio. This includes the graphics, text, images, lesson plans and videos. This is provided to you as part of the Service for your individual use only and a single-user license.
 
You have access to all materials presented and offered in this membership site for as long as you are a member. You may download lesson plans for your own personal use inside your home.
 
LESSON PLANS ARE NOT TRACKED VIA YOUR TAS ORDER PAGE. However, your subscription and link to the Creative Kids Art Club is.
 
You may not use any of The Art Studio’s images, photographs, or graphics in the use of your own promotion or advertisement of your own services.
 
Memberships services are all individual subscriptions and a group or institution. One email address and one customer per membership subscription.
 
We hope to have group pricing in the near future. Stay tuned for an opportunity for your school to participate in this.

REFUND POLICY
If after pursing an online class or membership club, in the first 72 hours after purchase, and you decide that it’s not for you, we will gladly give you your money back.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, you will not have access to the site, including all content and community resources, after your last paid membership period expires. Once you cancel, you no longer have access to the private, Creative Kids Art Club website or it’s content.
Cancellations can be entered in your ‘My Account’ page. Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details about your payments and due dates. You should see the ‘Cancel’ and ‘Change Payment’ buttons on that page. There are no refunds for membership fees already paid (unless you request an immediate refund within 72 hours of first purchasing your membership).

Accessing Creative Kids Art Club once your membership has been cancelled
While you are a member, we encourage you to save all of the art projects you wish to keep for future use. Once you cancel your membership you no longer have access to the private, Creative Kids website. We are happy to provide a 48 hour access to the membership within the first 60 days of a member’s cancellation. Outside of 60 days, we ask you to resubscribe to access your past art projects and lessons.

Want back in? 
You are welcome to re-join Creative Kids Club during any enrollment period at the current registration fee (special introduction prices are no longer valid).
